The Jury

On 27 January our star-studded jury will pick the winning photos at CeWe Color in Oldenburg.

The jury members include:

  • Susanne Merbold, Getty Images
    Susan Merbold has always had a passion for art and photography. Which is why she studied graphic design with an emphasis on photography. She then worked for several years in agencies, companies and publishers in Germany and Australia as an art director and in marketing. After completing her MBA she joined Getty Images as Senior Marketing Manager in 2008.
  • Katrin Müller, National Geographic

  • Kai Müller, editor of the blog StyleSpion.de
    Kai Müller lives in Cologne and works as a freelance web designer, author and editor of the blog StyleSpion. Besides music, photography is his passion, either as a concert photographer, or on projects such as SONIC ICELAND - a portrait of the Icelandic music scene - which combines both his interests.
  • Dr. Jürgen Reiche, historian / art historian
    • Exhibition Director of the Foundation Haus der Geschichte in Bonn, Leipzig and Berlin.
    • Lecturer for European ethnology and curator at the Humboldt University of Bonn.
    • Scientific advisor for museums, projects and exhibitions on history, art, culture and 18th, 19th and 20th Century society as well as iconography, iconology and semiotics.
